Clear and fair policies for service cancellations and refunds

At Flash Coders, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms for service cancellations and refunds.
Our refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service:
Before Project Commencement: Full refund available within 48 hours of contract signing.
During Development: Cancellation possible with charges for completed work and any third-party costs incurred.
After 50% Completion: No refund available, but you receive all completed deliverables.
Scheduled Sessions: Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled time for full refund.
Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies.
No-show: Full payment is charged.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method between 3-10 days.
In cases of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, global pandemics, etc.), we will work with clients to find mutually acceptable solutions, including full or partial refunds where appropriate.
If our technical infrastructure prevents service delivery, full refunds will be provided along with any additional compensation for inconvenience caused.
